• Temperature screening at Hotel Apartment’s point of entry/exit.
• Guest running a temperature of more than 37.5 Centigrade will not be allowed entry and instead encouraged to seek medical advice.
• Team members suffering from influenza like symptoms (for example; sore throat, dry cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, etc.) not allowed to enter the Hotel premises.
• Face Mask is available on request.
• In accordance with Dubai Health Authority and WHO guidelines, face mask in all indoor public areas of our hotel apartment is required. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you better.
  Hand sanitizers are easily accessible at public and hotel’s corridors.
• Physical distancing as per visible marking (stickers) displayed on the floor and thus avoiding guests’ queuing in the Lobby area, guest elevators and all public areas.
• Business Centre and Lobby seating arrangements follows social distancing and maintains capacity/movement restrictions.
• Key high-touch points especially in public areas’ telephones, door handles, keycards, payment terminals, elevator buttons are sanitized regularly every hour, throughout the day.
• Hotel Bus Service to shopping malls and beach transfer are temporarily not available.

Guests and members

• Screening and body temperature of each guest is maintained at the entrance. Anyone over 37.5C will not be allowed to enter the swimming pool.
• Guests/members having medical condition, respiratory illness or influenza like symptoms will not be allowed to enter swimming pool.
• Guests/members should maintain social distancing and desirable etiquette before and during swimming (no spitting inside the pool, cover your mouth when you sneeze and cough).
• Guests and members should take shower before and after using the swimming pool at the designated shower area.
• Wear face mask at all times- You can remove face mask only during swimming.
• Social distancing of 2 meters should be maintained.
• Members of a single group ( up to five (5) will only be allowed to sit together, providing 4 meters social distancing between groups are maintained.
• Children accompanied by parents will only allowed to enter Swimming Pool and will follow social distancing of 2 meters.
• Guest should not spend more than 2 hours in the Pool area.
• Sauna, Steam Room are closed until further notice.
• Maximum of 15 guests/members are allowed in the Swimming pool at a given time.
• Guests/members should bring their own towels.
• We keep updating rules and regulations as we receive from Dubai Health Authority.

• Guests are requested to complete “registration” before entering Gymnasium in Hotel’s.
• Registration Sheet required by Dubai Health Authority.
• Guests/members at all times should wear “face Mask” and Gloves at all times.
• Face Mask are allowed to remove if the guests/members are engaged in strenuous activity.
• Guests/members at all times should maintain 2 meters social-distancing.
• Please refrain from equipment sharing and you are requested to re-rack your weights.
• For your own safety guests/members are requested to disinfect equipment before using.
• However, Team do disinfect Gymnasium equipment every 3 hours and after each guests use and staffs are ready to assist you.
• Guests/members are advised to bring their own Yoga-mat, towels, cleaning cloths etc.
• Maximum of 12 guests/members are allowed to use the Gymnasium at a given time.
• Showers, Sauna and Steam rooms are closed until further notice.
